The terms and conditions provided herein establish the agreement between you and Welwyn Airport Minicab Express. Your act of booking a taxi and utilizing our service signifies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

In this agreement, Welwyn Airport Minicab Express, "we," or "us" denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Adequate time allocation for your journey, particularly for airport transfers with specific check-in times, is your responsibility. Welwyn Airport Minicab Express shall not be held accountable for any delays resulting from your failure to allocate sufficient time to reach your destination on time or if you are not prepared to be collected at the scheduled time.

2.2 Ordering a car of appropriate size for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. Welwyn Airport Minicab Express does not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that irrespective of a child's age, they will be considered a single passenger.

2.3 Individuals requiring wheelchair access should request this when making a booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on the information provided by you. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to modify the quoted price in case of substantial changes to the stated itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and airport parking costs. Any wait exceeding this period will be charged at the standard Welwyn Airport Minicab Express waiting rate. While we will make efforts to adjust our service for flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please carefully review the confirmation to ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Welwyn Airport Minicab Express of any discrepancies will absolve us of responsibility for delays or costs resulting from such errors.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. A cleaning charge may be applied if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by a passenger.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted in the car.

4.3 Children in the car should be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are prohibited from carrying more passengers than specified by licensing or insurance.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Welwyn Airport Minicab Express, prompt communication is essential. Failure to cancel a vehicle until after dispatch will incur a charge based on the distance covered by the driver to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Cancellation before vehicle dispatch, for bookings made through our online system, may result in a charge levied on the original payment.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Welwyn Airport Minicab Express will not be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car for you to complete your journey promptly.

6.4 You will not hold Welwyn Airport Minicab Express liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is jeopardized by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Welwyn Airport Minicab Express may subcontract obligations as stated in this agreement. You are not permitted to assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Welwyn Airport Minicab Express may alter terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Regularly review these terms to stay informed about changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information by the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Welwyn Airport Minicab Express and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any advantage or benefit to a third party. No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Welwyn Airport Minicab Express is not obligated to consider claims or disputes made after this
